D\u2019INCENDIE<\/b><\/span><\/h2><\/div><div class=\"btSubTitle\">Au cours des 20 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l\u2019accent a \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement mis sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019incendie : Cela a conduit \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement consid\u00e9rable de la conception dans le m\u00eame domaine de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et \u00e0 une \u00e9volution consid\u00e9rable du cadre r\u00e9glementaire, tant au niveau communautaire qu\u2019au niveau national.<\/div><\/header><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btText\" ><\/p>\n<p>Les crit\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e9tablis en 1988 par la Commission Europ\u00e9enne ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s \u00e0 travers des proc\u00e9dures mises au point dans le cadre des Eurocodes, d\u00e9sormais disponibles dans la version d\u00e9finitive approuv\u00e9e par tous les pays europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>Comme dans les autres pays membres, la nouvelle approche r\u00e9glementaire europ\u00e9enne a \u00e9t\u00e9, en Italie \u00e9galement, une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour les normes nationales qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, depuis ao\u00fbt\u00a02015, avec l\u2019adoption du Nouveau Code de Pr\u00e9vention des Incendies (D.M. 03\/08\/2015), on assiste, en Italie, avant tout \u00e0 une homog\u00e9n\u00e9isation du corpus normatif, le rendant plus uniforme et moins discr\u00e9tionnaire que par le pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, le Nouveau Code s\u2019aligne sur les normes europ\u00e9ennes, laissant beaucoup plus de libert\u00e9 de choix au concepteur et permettant l\u2019application de m\u00e9thodes de conception avanc\u00e9es (approche de performance), d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s utilis\u00e9es dans les autres pays europ\u00e9ens.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section id=\"bt_section69e2119f1586c\" data-parallax=\"-.5\" class=\"animate\">INTRODUCTION<\/b><\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/header><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btText\" ><\/p>\n<p>Comme on le sait, les structures en acier pr\u00e9sentent une certaine vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019elles sont expos\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019incendie, surtout si elles sont en milieu confin\u00e9, en raison de leur conductivit\u00e9 thermique \u00e9lev\u00e9e, qui permet un transfert rapide de chaleur des sections plus externes aux sections plus internes, mais surtout en raison de la perte de certaines de leurs caract\u00e9ristiques m\u00e9caniques importantes.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier, la tension d\u2019\u00e9lasticit\u00e9 se r\u00e9duit de fa\u00e7on importante d\u00e8s 400\u00b0 , alors qu\u2019elle est pratiquement r\u00e9duite de moiti\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 600\u00b0.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, une des caract\u00e9ristiques fondamentales de l\u2019acier de charpente, \u00e0 savoir sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres mat\u00e9riaux de construction (propri\u00e9t\u00e9 qui a marqu\u00e9 son succ\u00e8s, en particulier dans les b\u00e2timents industriels et les b\u00e2timents de haute qualit\u00e9), agit en d\u00e9faveur en cas d\u2019incendie, car il entra\u00eene une augmentation de temp\u00e9rature tr\u00e8s rapide m\u00eame dans les premiers stades du ciment thermique.<\/p>\n<p>Pendant de nombreuses ann\u00e9es, ces caract\u00e9ristiques ont partiellement limit\u00e9 l\u2019utilisation de cet excellent mat\u00e9riau, imposant des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s pour la protection au feu, \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 celle anticorrosion, et des difficult\u00e9s objectives de r\u00e9alisation, surtout dans le cas de structures tr\u00e8s minces, dans des compatibilit\u00e9s o\u00f9 il y avait une charge d\u2019incendie importante.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une utilisation plus rationnelle du calcul, \u00e0 une meilleure conception et \u00e0 une v\u00e9rification plus pr\u00e9cise du comportement de l\u2019ensemble de la structure et pas plus que l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment individuel, l\u2019acier a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 partiellement r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9 du point de vue de la r\u00e9sistance au feu.<\/p>\n<p>Outre certains exc\u00e8s qui mettent l\u2019accent sur ses performances au-del\u00e0 de ses caract\u00e9ristiques r\u00e9elles, souvent de nature purement commerciale, On peut affirmer qu\u2019une conception correcte, combin\u00e9e, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, \u00e0 une protection efficace, rend les structures en acier s\u00fbres en cas d\u2019incendie et souvent rentables.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section ACIER<\/b><\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/header><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btText\" ><\/p>\n<p>La protection des \u00e9l\u00e9ments structuraux en acier est conceptuellement tr\u00e8s simple. Il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019appliquer un protecteur capable de ralentir l\u2019augmentation de temp\u00e9rature sur la structure de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que celle-ci n\u2019atteigne pas celle de l\u2019effondrement critique (ou celle que le concepteur a d\u00e9finie comme la temp\u00e9rature maximale acceptable) pendant toute l\u2019exposition au feu.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9l\u00e9ments en acier expos\u00e9s \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures \u00e9lev\u00e9es ne modifiant pas substantiellement leur composition, n\u2019\u00e9mettent pas de gaz ou de fum\u00e9es et ne subissent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas de d\u00e9laminage ou de d\u00e9tachement, le protecteur ne devra poss\u00e9der que des caract\u00e9ristiques hautement isolantes et avoir une \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9lasticit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb telle qu\u2019elle ne compromette pas l\u2019adh\u00e9sion et la coh\u00e9sion lorsque l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment structurel, en raison de la charge appliqu\u00e9e et des temp\u00e9ratures atteintes, il se d\u00e9formera.<\/p>\n<p>Cette simplicit\u00e9 n\u2019est \u00e9videmment qu\u2019apparente car, outre ses caract\u00e9ristiques d\u2019isolation extr\u00eames (nettement sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 celles n\u00e9cessaires pour les protecteurs destin\u00e9s au b\u00e9ton ou au bois, par exemple), la protection doit \u00eatre en mesure d\u2019\u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e sur une structure plut\u00f4t lisse, non poreuse dans laquelle il est particuli\u00e8rement difficile de placer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de fixation tels que des clous, des vis ou autre. En outre, les protecteurs en acier doivent \u00eatre compatibles avec les cycles anticorrosion lorsqu\u2019ils sont appliqu\u00e9s directement sur la surface, soit \u00eatre suffisamment l\u00e9gers pour \u00eatre install\u00e9s m\u00eame dans des conditions difficiles et sur des g\u00e9om\u00e9tries complexes, lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments rigides.<\/p>\n<p>\n<\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" ><hr><\/div><div class=\"btClear btSeparator topSmallSpaced bottomSmallSpaced noBorder\" protecteurs en acier se divisent entre les produits pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9s, qui adh\u00e8rent directement \u00e0 la surface de l\u2019acier et suivent la forme de la structure, et les produits rigides, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement sous forme de plaques ou de panneaux, qui tapissent l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger avec un carter et qui doivent donc \u00eatre fix\u00e9s directement sur l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment lui-m\u00eame par des attelages m\u00e9caniques, ou sur d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments de compartimentage tels que dalle et plancher ou, dans certains cas, cloisons verticales.<\/p>\n<p>Les protections pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9es ont l\u2019avantage d\u2019\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement l\u00e9g\u00e8res et de ne pas varier sensiblement la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie des \u00e9l\u00e9ments prot\u00e9g\u00e9s, elles sont donc tr\u00e8s agr\u00e9ables esth\u00e9tiquement, en particulier lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de produits de peinture.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les inconv\u00e9nients, il y a certainement la faible masse, qui entra\u00eene des augmentations de temp\u00e9rature assez rapides dans les premi\u00e8res phases de l\u2019incendie, l\u2019application complexe, surtout pour les produits \u00e0 faible \u00e9paisseur, et le co\u00fbt assez \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour les hautes r\u00e9sistances au feu.<\/p>\n<p>Les protecteurs rigides ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une densit\u00e9 consid\u00e9rable et, \u00e9tant appliqu\u00e9s comme carter autour de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger, ils r\u00e9duisent consid\u00e9rablement la surface expos\u00e9e au feu par rapport au volume, permettent donc d\u2019obtenir un facteur de forme (massivit\u00e9) nettement plus bas, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire favorable, par rapport \u00e0 des structures prot\u00e9g\u00e9es le long de toute la surface.<\/p>\n<p>Cette diff\u00e9rence peut m\u00eame atteindre 20 &#8211; 25%, ce qui se traduit par une am\u00e9lioration des prestations \u00e9gales.\u00a0Parmi les inconv\u00e9nients, il y a le poids qui p\u00e8se sur les structures, la perte de l\u2019effet esth\u00e9tique original et la difficult\u00e9 de montage dans le cas de g\u00e9om\u00e9tries particuli\u00e8res ou de n\u0153uds complexes<\/p>\n<p>RIBERI P.
